Holistic Counselling Options

The first initial session: These sessions are for duration of 1hour, to explore and connect with a Holistic counsellor to understand how we can help you and identify the right practitioner to guide you along the journey.

One-on-One Sessions:  These face-to-face sessions offer you a hyper-focused, centred therapy session that allows you to deeply dive into your healing journey. Intimate and powerful, these sessions vary in length – between 1 or 1.5 hours.

Group Sessions: Holistic Counselling sessions: Humans are social creatures, and as such, group sessions can provide a unique opportunity for growth and healing that others cannot touch. Group Counselling sessions work with the dynamic of the participants to find truth in experience and comfort in social support.

Holistic Counselling is a flexible and welcoming environment that caters to your unique needs and goals. While there are single session options available, we also offer four and six session packages that allow clients to save money.
