Wellness Therapy Options
Exploration Sessions: These free 30-minute sessions are your first step towards emotional and physical wellness. You will connect with one of our practitioners to explore your goals, address your concerns, and help you and identify the right practitioner to guide you along the journey.
One-on-One Sessions: These face-to-face sessions offer you a hyper-focused, Wellness Therapy session that allows you to deeply dive into nutritional and spiritual healing. Intimate and powerful, these sessions vary in length – between 1.5 – 2 hours.
Group Sessions: Humans are social creatures, and as such, group sessions can provide a unique opportunity for growth and healing that others cannot touch. Group coaching sessions work with the dynamic of the participants to find truth in experience and comfort in social support.
Wellness Therapy is a flexible and welcoming environment that caters to your unique needs and goals. While there are single session options available, we also offer four and six session packages that allow clients to save money.
