The first session would go for about 90mins, this session is to collected the required information and selecting the right therapy for the client, as every client has different issue.

Then packages are offer to the client four session, 6 session packages and a follow session at the end.

In some cases, the client may only need 1 or 2 sessions, it would depend on what client need to address.

All Therapy treatment sessions are all confidential, and any conversation between Therapist & client are also confidential. The Surrogacy sessions must have written Permission from the person or your permission if you are needing someone to be the surrogate for you. We take our client, staff privacy and confidential serious.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to be given of cancelling a Therapy treatment session appointment. If you do not attend your appointment or contact us you will be change a fee.

When you book your required Therapy treatment session online you are required to pay then or contact the office. We can also book your appointment over the phone and a deposit or full payment can be taken then.

We do have payment plans available – direct debit. Please discuss with the Therapy or office staff.

We accept cash, credit/debit card, or upon special request payment plans, EFT.

We require at least 24 hours for cancellations or reschedule otherwise there is a late cancelation fee. This is outlined in the terms and conditions when booking.
